Return & Exchange:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply you can exchange or refund the item on spot.
Once the courier leaves we will not be able to accept any exchanges or refunds.
(Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations.)
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
**Exceptions/non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, except if they were defected.
- Orders cannot be split; the order is taken in full or canceled.
- Maximum of 3 items per customer per order.
- Larger orders or special quantities require a 50% deposit for confirmation.
- Orders may be checked upon delivery while the courier is present only.
- All items are subject to availability; no reservation without a deposit.
- Exchanges and returns are not available after receiving the order.
